By accessing or using Hireable ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Hireable is a career intelligence platform that helps professionals manage their job search through features including job tracking, contact management, AI-powered outreach, interview preparation, offer comparison, and messaging integration. The Service is provided as a progressive web application (PWA) optimized for mobile and desktop use.
You must create an account to use Hireable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.
Hireable offers multiple subscription tiers: Free, Starter ($9/month), Pro ($24/month), and Executive ($39/month). New accounts receive a 14-day free trial of Executive features. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Yearly plans are available at approximately 20% discount.

Hireable provides AI-powered features including message drafting, resume tailoring, and interview preparation. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before sending or using it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated suggestions.
The Service integrates with third-party services including Google (Gmail, Google Calendar, Sheets), Microsoft (Outlook Mail & Calendar via Microsoft Graph), LinkedIn (via Unipile), OpenAI, and Stripe. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service, including the Google API Services User Data Policy for Google data and the Microsoft Services Agreement for Microsoft data. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services. The exact OAuth scopes we request and how we use the data are described in our Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to Hireable. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service. We will not sell your personal data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data, including data received from Google and Microsoft APIs.
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Hireable is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed job opportunities, inaccurate AI suggestions, or third-party integration failures. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
